Cooinda Court Aged Care Limited is governed by our Board of Directors, comprised of dedicated community members who bring a variety of skills to the organization. As volunteers, our Directors ensure the effective governance and strategic direction of Cooinda Court. They are integral in making sure our organization not only adheres to its mission and goals but also remains compliant with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for accountability.
